Lead and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and specialists to ensure efficient production of high-quality products in a regulated environment.
Supervise manufacturing processes, troubleshoot issues, and support process validation and continuous improvement initiatives like Lean and Six Sigma.
Coordinate with R&D, Quality, and Production for new product transfers and process optimization.
Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and regulatory standards, and support audits and documentation.
Manage cross-functional projects, track KPIs, and foster a culture of safety, innovation, and operational excellence.
Qualifications include 5-8+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, leadership skills, and knowledge of single-use technologies, GMP, and quality systems.
Requires a relevant engineering degree, strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills, with flexibility for travel and PPE adherence in cleanroom environments.
