Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, 5-10 years of manufacturing experience with CI focus, and proven leadership in process improvements. Preferred skills are Lean Six Sigma certification, experience in biomanufacturing or related industries, and familiarity with data analytics and Industry 4.0 technologies.
