The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the manufacturing department. This includes managing production schedules, ensuring the quality and efficiency of manufacturing processes, and leading a team of production staff. The role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to optimize production processes to meet business goals. This position reports to the Vice President of Manufacturing.

Responsibilities:
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing management role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and/or Total Quality Management (TQM) systems. This includes but is not limited to:
Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Business Administration. Experience in a specific industry related to the company's products. Certification in lean manufacturing or Six Sigma.
