Manufacturing Operations Specialist


Are you detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to thrive in a regulated manufacturing environment? We’re seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team at our Cypress, California facility. In this pivotal role, you will support daily production activities within a state-of-the-art medical device manufacturing setting, ensuring seamless operations, accurate documentation, and compliance with industry standards. Required Skills:
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in medical devices or regulated industries
  • Basic understanding of Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
  • Proficiency in Excel for data tracking and reporting
  • Ability to learn and navigate ERP systems
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Capable of supporting multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Prior experience with batch record review
  • Familiarity with FDA and ISO 13485 regulations in manufacturing processes
  • Previous administrative or production support experience

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Relevant experience in regulated manufacturing environments or related industries
  • Prior exposure to documentation review and compliance protocols

Other Requirements:
  • Ability to support cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams
  • Willingness to support process improvements and routine production troubleshooting
