Responsibilities include managing daily schedules, implementing lean processes, coaching staff, resolving issues, and promoting continuous improvement.
Qualifications include an associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with at least 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in regulated environments. Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills are essential.
Preferred candidates will have knowledge of FDA, ISO 13485, GMP, and lean principles. The shift is Fri-Sun, 5am to 5:30pm, with some travel.
