Job Details
Collaborate with the Federal + Industrial Sector Leader, business development teams, and senior leadership to maintain and strengthen existing Federal client relationships.
Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities with government clients, focusing primarily on USACE and NAVFAC, while exploring additional opportunities with agencies such as DHS and GSA.
Engage with the firm’s Design/Build partners on opportunities and proposal presentations, including travel to meet existing partners and establish new relationships for Federal D/B work.
Partner with the firm’s AE subconsultants on opportunities and proposal strategies.
Work alongside the Federal + Industrial Sector Leader to implement a data-driven Federal business development strategy and facilitate a seamless transition to the new Federal Architectural Lead.
What You Bring to the Table:
Registered Architect with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited university
Preferably 15+ years of design experience post-licensure
10+ years of project management experience
Proven ability to lead large-scale projects and coordinate extensive consultant teams
Strong leadership, mentorship, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel
