JOB SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Content Manager to lead the development of clear, compelling, and on-brand content for multiple audiences, including employers, brokers, consultants, and business partners. In this role, you’ll shape the narratives that help prospects understand our value, support clients throughout the customer lifecycle, and fuel our product and marketing initiatives. The right candidate will blend strategy development with a focus on hands-on execution, owning marketing output and driving cross-functional coordination required to move the business forward.
This role is ideal for a strong communicator who loves simplifying complex topics, collaborating across teams, and ensuring content is high-quality, accurate, and aligned to business goals.

The target hiring range for this role is $86,445 - $101,700 (Annually). The starting base salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and other job-related factors.
