We are currently seeking a Contract Marketing Coordinator in the Orlando, FL area. This position is primarily onsite, with four days onsite and one remote day to start and is expected to transition to a full onsite role later this year.

JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dependable Marketing Coordinator (Contractor) to support the execution of web and email promotions. This role focuses on coordination, scheduling, and keeping tasks on track across teams. It is an operational support role requiring strong organization, communication, and attention to detail. Designed for someone motivated, eager to grow, and ready to prove themselves.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and handoffs for web and email promotions
• Maintain task lists, progress updates, and communication in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Planner
• Update Excel trackers and organize project files
• Assist with proofreading, link checks, and promotional setup steps
• Keep documentation and process checklists current

• 1 year of experience in marketing coordination, project coordination, or similar support roles
• Comfortable using Microsoft Teams, Planner, and basic Excel tools
• Strong organization, reliability, and follow through
• Clear written communication and comfort managing timelines

• Marketing or digital coordinator in a small company
• Administrative or office support roles
• Administrative assistant with exposure to marketing tasks
• Project coordination or PMO support
• Sales operations or junior analyst roles
• Recent graduates with internship experience and strong organizational skills
