Responsible for creating and delivering marketing plans and activity in line with the UK marketing strategy and to agreed budget ensuring best ROI and performance metrics.

  • Lead a team of marketing, digital and other professionals to deliver contracts across multiple geographies. Manage development plans, mentor and coach direct and indirect reports 25%
  • Proof and approve engaging, creative copy and design briefs for a range of materials underpinned by behavioral science 10%
  • Draft, deliver and approve marketing plans and activities in line with UK marketing strategy, whilst adhering to commissioner/client requirements 15%
  • Oversee pro-active, cross-channel communications campaigns to support sales/referral generation 15%
  • Manage and oversee digital marketing activity, online, paid and social 15%
  • Evaluate marketing and campaign activity to determine impact and ROI. Presenting performance results and updates at monthly meetings 10%
  • Draft and approve complex profiling and mapping plans to understand audiences and customer journeys 10%

Qualifications & Experience

  • Educated to at least degree level or equivalent, in a marketing, communications or English related discipline
  • Strong, strategic marketing experience
  • Experienced leader, who will lead multi-disciplinary teams over different geographies
  • Experience of digital marketing activity particularly paid social/ppc and seo
  • Managing budgets, commissioning goods and monitoring spend
  • Extensive copywriting experience (ideally with a copywriting qualification) and of drafting, developing and delivering marketing/ communication plans
  • Experience of evaluating ROI or other desired outcomes
  • Member of Chartered Institute of Marketing (desirable)
