Title: Masters Level Social Worker – Bilingual Spanish
Location: Northeastern U.S. Region
Employment Type: Full-Time/Perm
Description:
• Provide social work services to children, adolescents, and families through individual, group, and family therapy.
• Assess clients' social and emotional needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver clinical services in alignment with client needs and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
• Facilitate referrals and coordinate services between programs and external agencies.
• Manage case records and documentation while remaining available for crisis interventions.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments of clients' social and emotional needs.
• Implement treatment plans using appropriate therapeutic modalities.
• Coordinate referrals and services with external organizations.
• Maintain updated and accurate case documentation.
• Participate in clinical and administrative meetings, including case reviews and conferences.
• Provide crisis intervention support when required.
• Engage with clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
Required Skills:
• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• Licensure in Social Work for the region.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Familiarity with DSM-V, mental health assessments, and psychosocial evaluations.
• Strong skills in engagement, assessment, and crisis intervention.
• Proficient in using computer systems and applications, including Microsoft Word.
Desired Skills:
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and families.
• Experience in collaborative, multidisciplinary team environments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
Compensation:
Pay Range: $42000K-$60000K
