Title: Masters Level Therapist – Bilingual Spanish

Location: Northeastern U.S. Region
Employment Type: Full-Time/Perm

Description:
• Provide trauma-informed individual and group counseling to individuals and families affected by interpersonal violence (IPV), including children exposed to IPV.
• Assist survivors in reducing self-blame, enhancing personal and family safety, and progressing in their healing journey.
• Support behavior change and accountability for individuals responsible for harm in their relationships.
• Work collaboratively with case planners and program supervisors to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
• Facilitate evidence-based and psychoeducational group sessions for adults and children.
• Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with internal and external reporting standards.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct joint home visits and comprehensive assessments, including the use of IPV screening tools.
• Deliver short- and long-term trauma-informed therapy to survivors and children.
• Facilitate group sessions for survivors and individuals responsible for harm, using evidence-based methodologies.
• Maintain accurate and complete case files for audit and review.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure safety and effective service delivery.
• Participate in team meetings, supervision sessions, and professional development activities.
• Engage in Family Team Conferences and provide administrative and program support as needed.

Required Skills:
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or related field, with licensure or licensure track required.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience providing trauma-informed IPV services to underserved populations.
• Familiarity with client-centered approaches, domestic violence interventions, and child development frameworks.
• Knowledge of regional IPV service systems, public benefits, child welfare, and related legal and housing systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays as needed.

Desired Skills:
• Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred.
• Experience with child welfare-involved families and batterer intervention programs.
• Training in trauma-informed practices and relational frameworks.

Compensation:
Pay Range: $42000K-$60000K
