Job Title: Material Handler
Location: Albion, NE
Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Fridays dependent on production schedule (may work until 4:30 PM or be off as early as 12:00 PM depending on workload).

Pay: Starting at $19.00/hr (DOE – higher pay available for candidates with shipping/receiving or manufacturing experience, or those identified as strong “A-team” candidates)

 

About the Role

We are looking for a dependable Material Handler to join our team in Albion, NE. This role is key to ensuring materials and products move efficiently through our operations. While skills are valued, we place the highest priority on finding the right personality and cultural fit.

 

Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials and shipments.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment as needed.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and reports.
  • Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Uphold all company safety and quality standards.

 

Qualifications
  • Previous material handling or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong attendance record — reliability is critical for this role.
  • Positive attitude and strong team-player mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow procedures accurately.
  • Ability to lift and move materials safely.
