Seeking experienced Material Handlers for a busy metal fabrication facility in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves moving, staging, and tracking raw materials and finished goods to support production in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include loading/unloading materials, operating forklifts and cranes, verifying shipments, organizing inventory, and assisting with packaging and shipping. Candidates should have experience handling steel, piping, and fabricated parts, and be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of material handling or warehouse experience, familiarity with carbon steel, stainless steel alloys, and manufacturing environments. The ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and read work orders is required. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and supports production teams efficiently.
