We are seeking a dependable Meat Processing & Packaging Associate to join a family-owned Bronx meat supplier specializing in USDA Prime beef and premium cuts. The role involves operating vacuum-sealing machines (Multivac R085, VC999), monitoring seal quality, trimming, and preparing packages, and running products through shrink tunnels. Key responsibilities include ensuring sanitation, adhering to GMP and food safety standards, maintaining temperature controls, and supporting team efforts in staging, labeling, and sanitation. Entry-level applicants are welcome, with preferred experience in vacuum packaging or meat processing. Candidates should be comfortable working in refrigerated environments (35–40°F), standing for long periods, lifting 40–60 lbs, and working collaboratively.
