The Panther Group is seeking Mechanical Assemblers for a short-term manufacturing opportunity with a growing company in Franklin, MA. This is a great opportunity for individuals with hands-on assembly experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment.

Assemblers will be responsible for building small pneumatic and electrical enclosures while following work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Available Shifts
  • 1st Shift – 7:00 AM start
  • 2nd Shift – 2:30 PM start
Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble pneumatic and electrical enclosures according to work instructions and specifications
  • Cut, measure, and install tubing within enclosures
  • Install tubing using quick connectors, screw elbow connectors, and related components
  • Utilize hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, drills, and pliers
  • Perform basic quality inspections on completed assemblies
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Support additional production and assembly needs as assigned
Qualifications
  • Prior manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience preferred
  • Experience using hand and power tools
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
Pay is $21-22 per hour Depending on experience
