This Mechatronics and Robotics Technician role involves maintaining and troubleshooting advanced automated systems in a large-scale fulfillment environment.
They will support interconnected platforms including conveyors, robotic handling, and sensor-driven controls, diagnosing failures across electrical, mechanical, and control layers.
The technician is responsible for restoring system functionality, executing planned and corrective maintenance, and identifying reliability improvements.
Core tasks include troubleshooting electro-mechanical failures, analyzing control circuits, replacing field devices, servicing motors and drives, and ensuring safety systems are functional.
They will work with automation systems, PLC controls, sensors, pneumatic and hydraulic components, and safety devices.
Requirements include a high school diploma, hands-on maintenance experience, troubleshooting skills, and ability to interpret technical drawings. Preferred qualifications include a technical degree, experience with automation devices, and knowledge of CMMS systems.
