Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree and active license to practice

• Proficient in small animal medicine and surgery

• Experience as an Associate Veterinarian, with a strong interest in clinical leadership

• Passionate about mentorship, client communication, and team development

• A natural leader who thrives in a collaborative and mission-driven environment
