The position is located in Medicine Service Sleep Center and is under the direct supervision of the Pulmonary Specialty Manager and the Sleep Supervisor. [ "The Medical Instrument Technician- Polysomnographer will utilize his/her sleep medicine skills and knowledge to provide direct patient care mainly in the sleep center. They will be responsible for performing all manner of sleep testing, patient set-up, follow-up, etc. He/she will work collaboratively with the patient care team and will communicate, set priorities, and organize work for appropriate completion ensuring compliance with established processes, policies, and regulations within the section. Work Schedule: Based on the needs of the service (the specific tours of duty will be discussed during the interview).
