ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP

This 14-week paid internship combines foundational training at Medical Sales College with real-world experience at Icarus Medical’s headquarters in Charlottesville, VA. You’ll be immersed in medical sales education, product training, and field operations, gaining a level of experience rarely available to new entrants.

Internship Structure

Phase 1: MSC TotalOrtho+ Program (10 Weeks)

• Choose any MSC campus nationwide
• Receive a 50% paid scholarship (tuition only)
• Train in orthopedic anatomy, terminology, sales strategy, and specialties like biologics, spine, sports medicine, and trauma
• Prepare to enter the industry with elite sales knowledge and technical expertise

Phase 2: Icarus Medical Internship (4 Weeks – Charlottesville, VA)

• Experience hands-on product and field training experience at Icarus Medical
• Receive $2,000 stipend plus free housing accommodations
• Deep dive into bracing and DME product lines
• Learn go-to-market strategy, field rep coordination, and medical provider engagement

Career Launch Bonuses

Upon successful completion of the internship and program, you’ll receive:

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (required)
