ABOUT THE PARTNERSHIP

Together, MSC and CrossLink have developed a hybrid internship that combines classroom training with real-life field immersion, giving you both the skills and the connections needed to land the job.
Internship Structure
- Phase 1: MSC TotalOrtho+ Training (10 Weeks)
- Attend one of MSC’s U.S. campuses
- Receive a 50% paid scholarship (tuition only)
- Train in orthopedic specialties: trauma, joint reconstruction, biologics, sports medicine, and more
- Learn surgical protocols, medical terminology, and sales strategies
- Phase 2: CrossLink Hands-On Internship (4 Weeks) – Atlanta, GA
- Receive $4,500 paid stipend
- Shadow reps in the field and participate in sales and marketing operations
- Engage in warehouse, distribution, and logistics
- Participate in cadaveric and saw bone labs
- Work with seasoned industry professionals at CrossLink HQ
Full Time Employment
- You will sign a Letter of Intent (LOI) with CrossLink prior to the internship
- While not a guarantee, successful completion of the 14-week program strongly positions you for direct hire into a full-time sales role with CrossLink, or another employer in the orthopedic space
- The combined experience from MSC and CrossLink makes you highly competitive in an industry where 2-3 years of experience is typically required just to get a foot in the door
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (required)
- Willingness to relocate to Georgia, North Carolina, or South Carolina post-internship
- Strong interpersonal skills, competitive drive, and high accountability
- No prior industry experience needed
