Memeber Services Representative

Hire Connections is partnering with a long-standing client in the consumer services space to fill several full-time Membership Services Agent positions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries related to service plans, account information, and available offerings.

• Promote and sell company products and services during inbound calls, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales conversion.

• Actively listen to customer needs and recommend tailored solutions using a consultative approach.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records in internal systems, including call notes and transaction data.

• Stay up to date on product knowledge and promotional offerings to better assist customers.

• Meet or exceed established performance and sales metrics.

• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings; other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.

• Minimum of one year of experience in a call center environment, preferably with a focus on sales or customer retention.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work within multiple computer systems; must be comfortable with basic tech tools and adaptable to proprietary software.

• Must be flexible with scheduling, including potential evening or weekend shifts.
