Seeking a team-oriented leader to oversee receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing and an excellent customer experience.

  • Engage with customers, maintain store organization, and promote a positive shopping environment.
  • Coordinate merchandise delivery, train staff on merchandising, and ensure proper tagging and presentation.
  • Monitor team productivity, organize back stock, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Communicate effectively with management, support training, and contribute to shrink reduction efforts.
  • Promote safety, compliance, and store initiatives, including loyalty and credit programs.
