Seeking a full-time Merchandising Area Supervisor to elevate your merchandising and training skills? Based in or near Cincinnati, OH, you'll oversee store coverage and associate training across Cincinnati, Toledo, Indianapolis, and Kentucky regions.
As a leader, you will
- Travel independently using your vehicle to service stores in your territory.
- Lead, train, and mentor part-time Merchandising Associates.
- Perform in-store merchandising tasks such as planogram resets, display builds, inventory adjustments, and signage.
- Ensure project completion on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
- Serve as the primary contact for store management, project managers, and field leadership.
- Resolve issues proactively, coach team members, and maintain high performance standards.
- Promote accountability, collaboration, and professional growth within your team.
Position offers full-time hours with pay ranging from $20-$22/hr based on experience.
