Job Description:

As a Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst, you will work with our Mergers & Acquisitions team to provide in-depth financial analysis across the entire investment lifecycle. Your ability to assess each target’s earnings, net working capital, and forecasted performance to determine an overall valuation will be essential for directing the team’s investment strategy and subsequent integration efforts. You will be expected to coordinate integration projects for the finance/accounting teams, conduct independent research and analysis, and perform other financial projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with financial data analytics
  • Knowledge of Mergers, Acquisitions, or Private Equity investment lifecycle preferred
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
