The Payroll Supervisor oversees payroll processing for approximately 10,000 U.S. salaried employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across pay cycles, reporting, and system integrations.
They manage and develop the payroll team, serve as the escalation point for complex payroll issues, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, SOX controls, and audit requirements.
The role includes handling special payroll processes such as bonuses, equity transactions, expatriate pay, and retiree payments, while collaborating with HR, Legal, Tax, and Finance.
Candidates need 3–5 years of payroll team leadership, 5+ years of full-cycle payroll experience, strong knowledge of payroll laws, and proficiency in payroll systems and Excel. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills are essential.
