We are seeking an experienced Industrial Millwright Maintenance Technician for our Cudahy facility to support production and maintenance operations.
Responsibilities include inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining mechanical equipment such as conveyors, gearboxes, cranes, and rotating machinery. The role requires knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems, along with the ability to read blueprints and perform precision measurements. The technician will perform preventive maintenance, assist with capital projects, and ensure safety compliance.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, with 8+ years of industrial maintenance or a licensed Journeyman Millwright. Skills needed are strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting, welding, and excellent communication. The position is on 2nd shift (3pm-11pm), with training on 1st shift for 6 months. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in high or confined spaces.
