End-to-end account ownership & leadership

  • Schedule initial platform capabilities overview with current and prospective clients
  • Prepare client-specific sales presentations
  • Create detailed program proposals
  • Present proposals for client approval
  • Work with internal accounting team to create program cost estimates
  • Deliver cost estimates to client for approval/signature
  • Work with client to collect program assets for execution (if needed)

Penetration & alignment

  • Prospect new target clients
  • New client outreach; phone, email, network
  • Secure initial overview meetings; phone and/or in-person

Quarterly revenue goals

  • Close deals monthly
  • Develop & maintain robust sales pipeline

Develop account growth strategy

  • Achieve 90% renewal / repurchase rate

Relationship management

  • Understand client goals & objectives
  • Develop strategic client recommendations



2-4 years of experience in sales/account management

Track record of building and maintaining customer/client relationships

Strong written communication and verbal communication skills

Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment

Strong prioritization skills

Good interpersonal skills

Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers
