Navy FMS SME
REMOTE
No clearance, but USC required

Background:
Looking for a FMS candidate with functional and NIPO and Navy sales experience. Need basic understanding of software development. 9not a developer) 
-They are modernizing the Navy Sales system

IMPORTANT QUALIFICATIONS;
-FMS case ingestion and case execution experience and drafts MOR, MOU, LOR, and LOA
-Experience in DSAMS, MISIL, SCIP and understanding system challenges from the user perspective
- FMS customer-facing experience
- Technical background and working knowledge of agile, SDLC, etc.
-Practical or tangential experience with requirements gathering, creating user stories, or conducting stakeholder interviews
-Strong analytical skills and thoughtful approaches for client problem solving are a must
-Case management and execution experience
-Experience in supply and supply chain mgt processes (requisitions, shipments, repairs, SDRs, discrepancy reporting, etc.)
-Understanding of consulting vs govt contracting
