Network Construction Manager

Fully Remote (Seattle, WA)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Network Construction Manager to support wireless construction projects with a strong focus on budgeting, estimating, and cross-functional coordination. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes initiative to drive projects forward.

While this position is fully remote, candidates should have familiarity with Seattle right-of-way (ROW) processes and local agencies such as SDOT, SCL, or city inspectors (preferred).


Travel & Expenses

  • Occasional travel (1–2 times per year) for team meetings (expenses covered)
  • Reimbursement for:
    • Cell phone
    • Internet
    • Mileage (field travel)

Top Qualifications

  • Wireless project management experience (required)
  • Strong proficiency in:
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Smartsheet
    • Project management platforms
  • Experience with Seattle ROW (SDOT, SCL, or local inspectors) preferred
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive, "go-getter” attitude
  • Estimating and budgeting experience required

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and price wireless construction contracts by gathering and analyzing financial data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate project budgeting
  • Understand and apply current market rates for construction work
  • Identify and resolve issues during project execution, ensuring cost impacts are captured
  • Maintain accurate and complete project and contract documentation
  • Track all projects and contracts within project management systems with high accuracy

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license

Experience Requirements

  • 3–5 years of telecommunications or wireless construction experience
  • Knowledge of Outside Plant (OSP) construction techniques (aerial & underground)
  • Working knowledge of:
    • NESC (National Electrical Safety Code)
    • NEC (National Electrical Code)
    • OSHA standards
