Kforce is partnering with a leading national organization to identify a Network Engineer to support a large-scale, multi-site network environment spanning approximately 600 locations across the United States. This role combines technical network engineering with high-touch customer support and is best suited for individuals who are both technically solid and highly people-oriented. This is a hybrid role (3 days onsite/2 remote) based in the Denver Tech Center.
Overview: The Network Engineer will be responsible for supporting day-to-day network operations, troubleshooting outages, maintaining connectivity across distributed locations, and providing clear, calm communication to non-technical stakeholders during incidents. This role requires strong technical fundamentals paired with excellent customer service skills and emotional intelligence.
A key aspect of success in this role is the ability to take ownership of issues, remain calm under pressure, and communicate effectively with General Managers and site leadership across multiple business locations.
