The Network Engineer IV – Fortinet / FortiSASE is a senior technical expert responsible for 24×7 support, escalation, and lifecycle management of enterprise FortiGate SD WAN and FortiSASE solutions in Managed Services and NaaS environments.
Key responsibilities include providing Tier 3 support, leading incident response, designing secure architectures, supporting cloud connectivity, enabling Zero Trust integrations, and driving automation and operational improvements.
They mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service reliability and customer satisfaction.
Requirements include 8+ years of network design and implementation experience, hands-on Fortinet expertise, advanced routing skills (BGP, OSPF), Fortinet NSE 5 certification (or higher), and familiarity with Cisco and Palo Alto Prisma.
