Seeking a Network Engineer in North Charleston, SC, with a full-time, day shift schedule and no travel required. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of enterprise networking experience or 4 years with relevant experience. Expertise in SSR, session failover, high-availability systems, firewalls, load balancers, and redundancy protocols (HSRP, VRRP, SSO) is essential. Strong knowledge of networking protocols (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLANs, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VPN, NAT/PAT) and experience with Cisco, Juniper, F5, or Palo Alto equipment are required. Proficiency in automation tools like Ansible, Python, Terraform, and familiarity with cloud and containerization technologies are preferred. Must hold an active secret clearance.
