Description

Set-up desktop systems and install software to ensure employees have the technical tools to do their work. Ensure continuous availability and prompt attention to users to remedy technical problems that stop or slow work progress.

Responsibilities:
Help Desk
Receive, manage, and resolve support requests, escalating or creating change request items as appropriate
Provide assistance to users with software, hardware,maintenance,installations, and Audio/Visual and Network Equipment
Communication ??? Communicate professionally both verbally and in writing with home office staff and sales agents.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Expert knowledge of PC hardware and software such as desktop computers, monitors, and printers; and software such as Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and Adobe.
Experience with wireless connectivity and network infrastructure.Ability to continually learn in order to enhance and refresh current technical knowledge.
Detail-oriented, with ability to plan, prioritize, and meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing.
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED and one year experience in PC user support; or any combination of education, professional training, or work experience that demonstrates ability to perform the job.
