The server plays a key role in contributing to sales, daily operations, and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities include: greeting guests, establishing personal connections, communicating effectively, and knowledgeably recommending items. Taking accurate orders, delivering food and drinks, and providing exceptional service are essential.
Following liquor laws, safety procedures, and maintaining a professional appearance are required. Monitoring guests for intoxication and working flexibly during shifts are also important.
Qualifications: Must be at least 19, hold a food handler’s card, and complete responsible service training. Prior high-volume restaurant experience preferred. Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic math, language skills, and POS operation are necessary.
