Nursing Assistant - RSP Baldwin County

Qualifications for Nursing Assistants include:

• Completion of a nursing assistant training program or current on the job training that can be verified

• A minimum of 6 months experience in the last 2 years in an acute care or nursing home setting

• Ability to float between units within the hospital

• Able to work a monthly commitment of 36 hours

   

RSP Nursing Assistants receive:

• Additional hourly pay

• Minimal work commitment

• Accessible on-line self-scheduling anywhere Internet access is available, 24 hrs day

• Additional pay differentials for working  nights & weekend
