Job Summary:

The role involves providing high-quality therapy services to patients while supervising therapy assistants. Key responsibilities include:

• Evaluating patients' functional status and developing treatment plans.
• Communicating care plans with physicians and other professionals.
• Teaching patients new skills and retraining them in daily activities.
• Maintaining clinical records and coordinating with care teams.
• Supervising certified occupational therapy assistants and participating in discharge planning.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Current therapy license and CPR certification (if applicable).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
