Support all aspects of production in the distribution area, including assembly, testing, packaging, inventory control, and shipping.
Perform and coordinate engineering experiments to troubleshoot product/process issues, qualify new parts, and support order processing.
Require 3-5 years of experience in assembling complex electro-mechanical assemblies, preferably in NPI or distribution environments.
Skills include order picking, system configuration, inspection, kitting, and reading complex documentation.
Must have excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ensure accurate inventory control and suggest process improvements.
Ability to work OT as needed to meet production goals.
