We are looking for an organized, hard-working candidate who will help be responsible for management of our customer database, filing systems and out-going promotional material. This individual should have a willingness to become familiar with our inventory system to assist account managers with order entry and also to be able to answer availability and other grower questions. Responsible as the initial point of contact for growers, dealers and regional sales managers (RSM’s). As we grow the business, this individual may manage accounts in future seasons. 


  • This is an office position, and will involve database, phone support, mailing responsibilities along with support of our account managers, regional sales managers and dealers. 
  • Compliance with adherence to all legal and safety procedures. 
  • Time Management to meet workload responsibilities; prioritizing phone support, mailing obligations and assisting account managers. 
  • Meet database management deadlines to update spreadsheet and provide support to RSM’s and dealers for their database needs. 
  • Ensure the proper functioning of all office equipment. 
  • Safe operation of all equipment 
  • Operate equipment as necessary 
  • Comply with office rules and regulations as well as with company policies and procedures 


  • 1 to 3 years working experience in office environment, preferably agriculture-related 
  • Proven work experience in Sheets and Excel 
  • Should have excellent communication and administration skills and abilities 
  • Ability to effectively manage time, resolve crisis and make decisions 
  • Ability to efficiently coordinate workings with internal and external workers of the company 
  • Ability to work occasional longer hours during peak season


  • 5 years work experience in business, administration, agriculture, customer service, or relevant field. 
  • Familiarity with G-Suite and Sheets 
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) 
  • Team-minded 
  • Compliant with safety regulations 
  • Adaptability to assist in a multitude of areas as needed
