Seeking a Customer Service Representative - Domestic to deliver high-quality support to internal and external customers. Responsibilities include processing orders, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, managing returns and change requests, maintaining customer files, and escalating issues as needed.


Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years customer support experience
  • Knowledge of ERP systems
  • PC skills in Microsoft Office and database management (a plus)
