We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to support our accounting office. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, ideal for someone looking to grow within an administrative or accounting environment. Hours are expected to increase during the busy fall season.
Responsibilities for Office Clerk:
Perform accurate and efficient data entry
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Assist with general office tasks, including filing, organizing, and document management
Support team members with seasonal and special projects
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and client information
Requirements for Office Clerk:
Previous office or administrative experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer proficiency
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
