Prescott Valley electronics company is currently seeking an energetic Office Manager/Accountant to run and maintain a busy office on a full time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate must be very proficient in QuickBooks Pro Desktop, Excel, Word, Access and must know the inner workings of these programs, not just be a data entry clerk. This is a critical position to the company as this person is responsible for all the day to day accounting and office administration. The ability to multitask is essential. Accuracy and attention to detail are of paramount importance. The person we hire will work directly with the President of the company, and must be an ambitious team-player.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: A/P, A/R, Preparing bank deposits, Bank & Credit Card reconciliations, Payroll taxes, Creating P&L statements, TPT payments, Creating and maintaining databases, workbooks and sheets that interact between Access and Excel. Reconcile multiple bank and other account statements such as PayPal and eBay and Inventory control. Maintaining employee records. We use Paychex to process our payroll.
