We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations, payroll, and financial tasks.

  • Payroll & HR Administration: Process bi-weekly payroll, maintain confidential employee records, and onboard new staff.
  • Customer Billing & Service: Generate and track invoices, handle billing inquiries, and provide excellent customer support.
  • Accounts Payable & Vendor Management: Process vendor invoices, update vendor info, and manage payments.
  • Cash Management: Record and deposit payments, reconcile bank accounts, and handle petty cash and reimbursements.
  • Office Administration: Manage office supplies, coordinate maintenance, handle mail and deliveries, and implement office policies.
