Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a dedicated and versatile Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join their team. This individual will play a crucial role in managing bookkeeping responsibilities, maintaining inventory, and supporting the team in various office tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and ready to contribute wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping:
Process invoicing (50-80 per day).
Perform reconciliations.
Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
Communicate with vendors as needed.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage inventory levels, including hands-on tasks like inspecting and organizing supplies in trucks, which may involve working in less-than-pristine conditions.
Office Duties:
Filing, ordering supplies, and organizing office operations.
Troubleshoot and handle minor issues with phones, ADP, and other systems.
Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
Step in and assist with various tasks as required to support the team.
Qualifications:
Must Haves:
Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop.
At least 2 years of office experience.
A stable work history (no job hoppers).
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Counterpoint CRM.
Spanish language proficiency.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move items weighing 20-50 lbs as needed.
