Office/ Purchasing Assistant

Job Responsibilities

Office/Purchasing Assistant. Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion. 

Job Requirements

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage designers appointment calendars
  • Greet visitors and provide assistance
  • Deliver administrative support for office staff, sales team and production/installation department
  • Purchasing of items/materials
  • General office duties and working knowledge of computers
  • Customer oriented, friendly and enthusiastic
  • Reliable, punctual with good work ethic
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong personal organization skills
