This Engineering role within Operations Excellence focuses on driving plant process improvements through standardization, waste reduction, and capacity enhancement.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and DMAIC tools to improve cost, quality, safety, and operational KPIs.
- Train, coach, and evaluate plant teams on problem-solving, standard work, and process controls while fostering a culture of operational excellence.
- Collaborate across functions to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards (OSHA, USDA, FDA, etc.) and meet customer requirements.
- Analyze plant data, monitor metrics, and implement process improvements to reduce variation and eliminate waste.
- Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in engineering or related field, ASQ Green Belt (required), Black Belt (preferred), with experience in high-volume continuous processes and strong leadership skills.
