They perform Manager on Duty functions, including opening and closing, and escalate issues as needed. They coach associates on safety, policies, and service, and provide input on talent management. Key focus areas include customer experience, people development, safety, and store operations. The role requires managing daily workflows, ensuring safety compliance, and leading team communication. Candidates should have 1+ year leadership and 2+ years retail experience, with a high school diploma or GED. The position offers $50,000–$55,000 annually and promotes diversity and inclusion.
