**Job Description** The **Harborview Pharmacy Department** has an outstanding opportunity for a **Operations Lead Pharmacist - Inpatient** (Pharmacist 4). **WORK SCHEDULE** + Part-Time / 35 hours per week + Night Shifts **POSITION HIGHLIGHTS** + Assist the Inpatient Operations Manager with the implementation and evaluation of pharmacy services + Be responsible for direction, development, implementation and evaluation of specific programs within the Pharmacy + Be able to independently provide accountability for the area while functioning with a high-degree of autonomy **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** + Responsibility for all pharmacy functions during the night shift. + Coordinate the scheduling for staff assigned to area if required. + Direct the work of pharmacy staff assigned to the work area or shift including pharmacists, interns, and pharmacy technicians. + Detect, document and report adverse drug reactions and medication errors. Assist in developing safe medication practices to prevent errors. **REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS** Three years experience in pharmacy practice.
