Qualifications include a bachelor's degree with at least six years of relevant experience, particularly five years with LM6000 plants, and residency within 30 miles of the site.
Strong communication skills, technical competence, and flexibility for call-outs and travel are essential. The position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced power plant environment.
