We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to lead and optimise our day-to-day operational performance. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement across operations, supply chain, logistics, and facilities.

The Role

Reporting into senior leadership, you will oversee core operational functions, driving performance, process improvement, and alignment with business objectives. You’ll lead cross-functional teams and play a critical role in delivering operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimise daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity

  • Develop and implement operational policies, processes, and KPIs

  • Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives

  • Oversee procurement, including supplier selection, negotiation, and relationship management

  • Manage inventory and ensure timely material availability

  • Provide leadership to scheduling, ensuring alignment with demand and capacity

  • Oversee logistics and distribution to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery

  • Manage facility maintenance, infrastructure, and compliance with safety standards

  • Lead, coach, and develop operational teams

About You

  • Proven leadership experience within operations, supply chain, or logistics

  • Strong knowledge of procurement, scheduling, and operational processes

  • Experience with ERP systems, scheduling tools, and maintenance platforms

  • Commercially minded with a track record of driving efficiencies and improvements

  • Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills

Experience & Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a similar operational leadership role
