Job Description

An Operations Manager is responsible for the execution of shifts and supporting existing F&B Professionals.

You’ll be responsible for: 

  • Executing on shift and professional supply metrics

  • Multi-channel customer support through text and email tools

  • Identifying & communicating operational feedback to innovate & iterate processes

  • Ensuring working & existing professionals are supported through shift management processes

Qualifications

  • Exposure to the Food & Beverage Industry and start-up environment 

  • Experience with data analysis including use of SQL 

  • Demonstrated use of logic to make process recommendations (Zapier or automation exposure is a plus)

  • Excellent communication and organization skills - you’re okay with having tough conversations internally & externally

  • Problem solver and customer-centered

  • Flexible working hours to support mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed

  • Phoenix based
