An Operations Manager is responsible for the execution of shifts and supporting existing F&B Professionals.
You’ll be responsible for:
Executing on shift and professional supply metrics
Multi-channel customer support through text and email tools
Identifying & communicating operational feedback to innovate & iterate processes
Ensuring working & existing professionals are supported through shift management processes
